What items are eligible for return?


All items are eligible for return/refund provided that the order has been returned within 30 days of purchase.


What are the steps in returning an item?


Steps for returning an item.

  1. Email us you purchase receipt and indicate the items you want to return to: return@theknitpick.com
  2. We will send you an email acknowledging your return request with a return label.
  3. Print out the return label and tape it onto the return package.
  4. Drop off the package at the delivery service.
  5. Once we receive the return package, we will refund the purchase price for your returned items.

Processing time for orders:

All packages will come with a tracking number and in most cases, the package will be shipped out within two days from receiving your order. If your package delivery is delayed, it is most likely caused by logistical issues, such as: flight delays. Weather conditions and other factors. Please check the courier company’s delivery/tracking website for the most up-to-date status of your package.

If for whatever reason, your package fails to be delivered within the time frame given by the delivery company (as shown through their website), and if the delivery company fails to provide a proof of delivery for your order – you are entitled for a full refund.

Delivery Discrepancies:

Refunds can be initiated by emailing customer service and should be completed within 30 days from order placement. The refund process should take no longer than 3 weeks for the money to be returned into your account.
