How to cancel my order ?

You can cancel your orders on the 'my orders' page before it ships out. Please take note that we are unable to cancel an order once it ships. If this is the case, please return the item.

 

Why is my order taking longer to process than normal ?

It usually takes around 3 days to process your order. If your order is taking longer to process - it is usually due to the fact that a particular item takes longer to process.

 

How to check my order status ?

Please check your order status from the 'My Order' tab under 'My Account' Please click on the tracking links, which will link you to the courier websites and provide specific tracking information regarding your order.

 

Can I change or modify my order?

Changing your shipping address.

 For unshipped orders, you can edit your shipping address via  'My Orders'.

Changing Sizes.

  1. For unpaid orders, please cancel your orders and place a new one .
  2. For paid but unshipped orders, please contact customer@theknitpickstore.com to change sizes
  3. For orders that are shipped, please return and replace the order once you have received it . For returns,  please email - return@theknitpickstore.com.

 

Hot to change billing address?

You only can change the billing address during checkout, once an order has been placed, the billing address cannot be changed.

 

Why I did not get a confirmed email about my order?

Although you can check your order status from the 'my order' tab - you will receive a confirmation email within 24hrs from placing your order. Please also check your junk mail if the email does not arrive.

 

How can I place an order?

  1. Please register for a Knitpick account.
  2. Choose the item size, and color before clicking the add to bag icon.
  3. Once you are done viewing our collection, click the 'view bag' icon and checkout with your debit and credit card.

 

Can I use more than one coupon?

Current company policy only allows you to apply one discount code per purchase.

 

Are there any additional fee for customs?

Orders shipped internationally are subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination location. Please keep the necessary paper work for the fees, contact as us at customer@theknitpick.com and we will compensate you accordingly.

 

Why my order was cancelled and refunded?

In rare occasions, when the item that you have ordered are no longer in stock, the order will be cancelled automatically. In other instances, if your payment method cannot be verified
